Each tyre separates into activR® reactivated rubber, fibR™ reclaimed fibre and clean steel — characterised fraction by fraction.
Recovered materials re-enter rubber compounding and manufacturing in place of virgin equivalents — closing the loop.
Because FDPT™ avoids burning and displaces virgin-material production, life-cycle assessment modelling (ISO 14040/44) indicates a substantially lower carbon footprint than incumbent recovery routes. Figures are modelled and directional pending independent verification.

activR® was reintroduced at 20% into a control compound and tested against it by independent laboratories (ISO 48-4 hardness, ISO 37 tensile) — retaining near-parity mechanical performance and processing cleanly with no swell on tools. Full test reports available on request.
